i've been making herbal tinctures since January 2022. due to my job i travel a lot, and I use the opportunity to collect herbs from different parts of the world :-D I live in Đà Nẵng now and i brought with me herbs from other countries. tinctures are a nice push when you need to feel more energised, or have trouble sleeping, or want to cleanse your lungs, your liver.. depends on which one you take. with every tincture I have included the countries where I purchased the herbs, plus links to academic papers for the botanics I used, with proof using the scientific method that prove their properties. here's my collection..
